GRUTA Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms (the "Bonus Terms") govern all promotional offers, bonuses, and related incentives made available by Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. ("BRHI", "we", "us", or "our") through the GRUTA website and mobile app (collectively "GRUTA").

By accepting the GRUTA Terms of Use ("TOU"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Bonus Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Bonus Terms, you must not accept the TOU and you must not participate in any Bonuses.

1. Definitions

  1. Account means your personal GRUTA account, which you create to access games, make deposits and withdrawals, and receive promotional offers.
  2. Bonus means any Bonus Funds credited to your Account by us, which may only be used for specific purposes and under specific conditions identified when the Bonus is offered. Bonuses may include free play credits, fee bets, deposit-match credits, or other similar incentives.
  3. Bonus Funds means the actual complimentary or promotional currency units added to your Account when you accept or qualify for a Bonus. Bonus Funds are not real cash until any associated wagering or qualifying requirements are met.

  4. Bonus Abuse means any action, whether taken by you alone or in concert with others, that violates or attempts to circumvent any provision of these Bonus Terms or any bonus-specific terms and conditions, including:

    • Using multiple Accounts or false identities to claim more than one Bonus per person;
    • Attempting to exploit the timing or mechanics of wagers or gameplay to meet wagering requirements unfairly;
    • Breaching any specific rule or restriction listed in a Bonus offer; or
    • Any other conduct that we reasonably believe is intended to obtain an improper or disproportionate advantage from a Bonus.
  5. KYC ("Know Your Customer") means all identity, age, and source of funds verification procedures required by applicable regulations, which you must complete before you can claim or withdraw any Bonus-related winnings.
  6. Wagering Requirement means the total amount of qualifying wagers or "playthrough" you must place using Bonus Funds (and sometimes deposited funds), before you become eligible to withdraw Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them.
  7. Expiration Date means the date and time (specified in the Bonus offer) by which you must meet all applicable requirements or forfeit any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

2. Scope & Acceptance

  1. These Bonus Terms are expressly incorporated and made part of the TOU. By accepting the TOU, you are automatically agreeing to these Bonus Terms in their entirety.
  2. To be eligible for any Bonus, you must: have a valid, active Account in good standing with completed KYC verification; be physically located in the Philippines; not be listed on any self-exclusion or restricted-player lists; and not have been previously found to have committed Bonus Abuse.
  3. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a Bonus offer, you may only have one active Bonus in your Account at any given time.

3. Bonus Mechanics & Restrictions

  1. Bonus Funds will be credited to your Account only after you meet any preconditions specified in the Bonus offer.
  2. Bonus Funds may only be used for the specific games, wagers, or activities identified in the Bonus offer. We reserve the right to exclude certain games or bet types from contributing to any Bonus offer.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, any Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before you may withdraw either Bonus Funds themselves or any winnings derived from them. The wagering percentage or multiplier will be clearly stated in each Bonus Offer.
  4. While wagering with Bonus Funds, the maximum bet you may place on any single spin, hand, or play is determined by the specific Bonus offer. If you place bets that exceed the stated maximum, we may reverse any winnings and/or disqualify you from that Bonus.
  5. Every Bonus has an Expiration Date by which all qualifying play and any Wagering Requirement(s) must be completed. If you fail to meet the Expiration Date, any remaining unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited.
  6. Your rights to withdraw Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them vests only upon your full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

4. Bonus Abuse & Consequences

  1. Examples of Bonus Abuse include:

    • Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple Bonuses;
    • Attempting to circumvent expiration dates or Wagering Requirements by reversing bets;
    • Using software, systems, or tools to wager with Bonus Funds in a manner deemed manipulative or unfair; and
    • Breaching any additional terms specified in a Bonus offer.
  2. We employ monitoring tools, pattern analysis, and manual reviews to detect potential Bonus Abuse. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Account and freeze any Bonus Funds and/or winnings while an investigation is underway.
  3. If we determine that you have engaged in Bonus Abuse, we may: declare all Bonus Funds void; reverse any wagering history; restrict or ban your ability to participate in future Bonuses; impose a permanent suspension or termination of your Account; and/or take any other action we deem necessary.

5. Changes to or Withdrawal of Bonuses

  1. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer or promotional campaign.
  2. Certain Bonuses may be marketed exclusively to segments of our player base. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any Bonus offer at our discretion.
  3. If we credit Bonus Funds to your Account by mistake, we may immediately revoke those Bonus Funds and any related winnings at our sole discretion.

6. General Terms

  1. All Bonus offers are subject to these Bonus Terms, as well as any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
  2. All Bonuses, Bonus Funds, and related activities are subject to Philippine laws, rules, and regulations (including anti-money laundering rules).
  3. If any provision of these Bonus Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed, and the remainder of these Bonus Terms will continue in full force and effect.
  4. These Bonus Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
